alignment will be taught and students will be corrected by our

holding the yoga poses, Vinyasa flow will be taught during the
teacher training program.

its relation to the spinal cord. Yogic diet is explored and students

Others
How to start a yoga business, marketing, sales, franchising and
licensing. Affiliations and registration as a yoga teacher
internationally.
Practicum
All students will have ample opportunity to observe us teaching, as
well as teaching each other during student teaching exercises.
Teachers will create smaller groups for the students to teach each
other and get feedback from each other concerning their teaching
techniques. Some student teaching and a whole lot of discussion
about how to see through the eyes of an observant Yoga teacher will
be focused on throughout this training. Our past graduates report
this was effective for their preparation for teaching. Participants
would also be required to teach 20 hours after the examination as
part of the program's requirements .
Project Work
The writing exercises are meant to be interesting explorations for
students to record on paper. Students have to research on a
particular topic and do a short presentation it on the day of
examination. This encourages independent continuous learning.
Students can take this opportunity to build up your own portfolio,
taking pictures of your favourite asanas and compile into a project.
