This 500 Hr
Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Diploma course is suitable for anyone
who loves Yoga and wish to have a fuller understanding after the
200Hr Yoga Teacher Training Program. As the 200 Hr program
emphasizes more on asanas, basic pranayama, general history and
philosophy of Yoga, physical knowledge on the human anatomy and
teaching instructions and adjustments, this 500 Hr program gives you
more depth on the philosophy of Yoga, e.g. Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad
Gita etc. Advanced asanas, pranayama, cleansing techniques and most
importantly, the application of Yoga in your daily life will be
practiced.

Participant must have completed the 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training
Diploma or equivalent, and have few years of teaching experience.
