Looking for Studio Rental
in Singapore? We are located at 10 Haji
Lane, within 7 min walk from Bugis MRT. Here, we help freelance Yoga and Pilates teachers
to start up their classes by providing studio space rental,
saving them the hassle of setting up their own studio. We also
help to increase their traffic to their webpage by adding a
link.

Cost:
Small studio
S$40 per hour
S$30 per hour (for Tirisula Yoga graduates, minimum commitment
for 1 month)
Big studio
S$50 per hour
S$40 per hour (for Tirisula Yoga graduates, minimum commitment
for 1 month)
We encourage teachers to commit
for minimum 1 month to secure the time slot. The time slot is
reserved upon payment of the rent. We will update the schedule
and place a link to your webpage upon request.
Terms and conditions:
Rent for 1 month is to be made
in advanced, by the 1st of each month. For example, if a
Tirisula Yoga graduate book the big studio for 2 sessions a
week, 2x40x4 = 320 is payable to us. If there are 5 weeks in
that month, calculation would be 2x40x5 = 400. We count by the
number of sessions in a month.
No refund will be made if the
session is cancelled. However, we allow the teacher to replace
the session within a month subject to availability of space.
For ad-hoc rental, the higher
rate is applicable for Tirisula Yoga graduates.
Tirisula Yoga is not
responsible for any injuries or lost of possessions in that
session.
Application
Please download and fill in the
Studio
Rental Booking form, together with the payment, submit to us
at 10 Haji Lane.
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque
or bank transfer. For cheque payments, please deposit
cheque into UOB, the account number is below.

Gentle
reminders
Please keep the studio and
toilet clean so all teachers and students can have a conducive
place for practice.
Switch off the lights and fans
when you leave.
Close the windows and make sure
the door is locked when your leave the studio.
Empty the bin if there is any
food rubbish.
