Looking for Kundalini Yoga
in Singapore? Kundalini is like a mysterious energy and there
are so many different ways of practice. In Tirisula Yoga, we
teach a step by step, systematic method according to the
traditions and philosophy as documented in the Yogic sacred
literatures. This course is suitable for practitioners and
teachers-to-be.

Kundalini energy is the potential form of prana or life
force, lying dormant in our body located at the Muladhara
chakra. This energy is known as a coiled up serpent (literally,
`kundalini` in Sanskrit is `coiled up`) energy, which can spring
awake when activated by spiritual disciplines and practices. The
practitioners of Kundalini Yoga concentrate on psychic
centers or chakras in the body in order to generate a spiritual
power, known as the Kundalini.
The practice comprises of awakening and then forcing this
energy, flowing through nadis or channels, up the psychic
channel of the sushumna, which runs from the base of the spine
to the brain.
There are three main channels running alongside the spinal cord
which are ida, pingala and the sushumna. When this kundalini
energy, also known as kundalini shakti, pictured as the
serpent residing in the first chakra at the root of the spine (muladhara
chakra), is raised up through the rest of the chakras until it
reaches the seventh and the highest chakra (sahasrara) located
at the crown of the head—self-realization occurs. .
Thus including the Muladhara there are various Chakras in which
very powerful energy lies dormant and once they are activated, a
human gains amazing divine powers like Telepathy, Hypnotism,
Clairvoyance. In fact complete success in life in any and every
sphere can come only through the activation of all the Chakras
and it is with this aim that true Yogis remain engaged in
Sadhanas.
This program will teach the practitioners how to raise this
Kundalini - the Kundalini awakening.
