Group Class

Private Class / Semi-private class

 

We offer Yoga classes in Singapore and also Pilates classes in Singapore. The good thing about having a private group class, private or semi-private class, our teachers can cater the program (either Yoga or Pilates or both) for your according to your body alignment after a postural analysis.

At Tirisula Yoga, we advocate Yoga Classes in groups of 3 to 18 students per class for more effective learning rather than following a leader. In this case you'll get a considerable amount of attention from the Yoga teacher and get adjustments in case you are doing something wrongly, or to get help in deepening the posture.

Please click on Group Class for the schedule and online booking. Payment must be made before class. You can purchase the pre-paid packages and then book for classes.
