Pilates Instructor Course (Malaysia
and Singapore)
Pre-requisite:
The Pilates
Instructor Course (Malaysia and Singapore) is suitable for
all who are interested in Pilates Matwork. All are welcomed.
Those who have medical conditions would have to seek doctor’s
permission before joining.
It is
recommended that participants should have done
Pilates
exercises before coming for the course. For those without
prior experience, be prepared for a challenging course.
Duration:
Total - 120 hours

Theory, Instructional and supervised teaching
of Pilates exercises - 60 hours (6 hours
daily X 10 days)

Requirements to obtain the Certificate:

Minimum of
90% attendance

Obtain at
least 60% in teaching exam

project work and assignments before the deadline set by the
Master.

20 hours of self-practice, observation and 20 hours of
teaching within 3 months from the last day of course
